Dried Ofada Sauce Mix (Red)
Dried Ofada Sauce Mix (Red)
This rich, bold sauce mix is crafted from a vibrant blend of sun-ripened peppers and traditional Nigerian spices, slow-dried to lock in deep, authentic flavor. Just add water and oil, then simmer to bring home the taste of a classic Lagos kitchen in minutes, with no grinding, no fuss and no compromise.
Thistleberry Foodco Dried Sauce Mix comes in three flavors: Ofada Red, a fiery, smoky pepper sauce made for Ofada rice; Ofada Green, the beloved green “ayamase”-style stew, earthy and full of heat; and Agoyin, a deep, slow-cooked pepper sauce that’s the perfect partner for soft mashed beans.
Vegan, gluten free and high in fibre, with no additives and no preservatives. 200g per tub.
